About Starz Massage
Starz Massage is a massage spa at 305 E Pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie, Texas. It holds a Google rating of 4.3 from 16 reviews. Reviewers praise individual therapists for foot and deep tissue massage, while two older one-star reviews describe a pricing dispute and an unrequested upgrade. The spa is open seven days a week, 9:30 AM to 10 PM.
What Starz Massage offers
Starz Massage is listed as a massage spa, with spa and massage as secondary categories. Reviewers name foot massage, deep tissue massage and full body massage, and one-hour sessions come up in more than one review.
Two therapists are named by reviewers: Jessica and Mandi. The reviews come from customers booking individual sessions rather than groups or packages.
What customers say about Starz Massage
Three of the five review excerpts give 5 stars. One review from 5 years ago describes a Friday evening foot massage, says the therapist used the right amount of pressure, and calls $40 for one hour reasonable. A review from a year ago says Jessica was professional and delivered what the reviewer wanted in three visits. A review from 10 months ago recommends Mandi for deep tissue massage.
Two excerpts give 1 star. One review from 2 years ago says the reviewer asked for a foot massage and was pushed into a higher-priced full body session that did not include the feet. That reviewer also reports the therapist started with pressure on the spine without being asked and that it was painful. A review from a year ago describes a confusing payment, in which change was promised after the session, and questions what was actually paid for.
Hours, prices and payment at Starz Massage
Starz Massage is open seven days a week, from 9:30 AM to 10 PM every day, including Saturday and Sunday.
The spa accepts credit cards and contactless payment. No price level is given for the listing. The one price a reviewer quotes is $40 for an hour of foot massage, from a review 5 years ago, and that reviewer also left a tip. Other reviewers raise price in connection with being moved to a different service.
Location and access
Starz Massage is at 305 E Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, United States.
The listing shows a wheelchair accessible entrance, accessible parking and an accessible restroom. None of the review excerpts discuss parking or finding the entrance.
Good to know before you go
Both critical reviews centre on the service and price agreed at the start of a session, so reviewers suggest the choice between a foot massage and a full body massage was a sticking point. Evening appointments are possible: the spa stays open until 10 PM, and one reviewer was treated at 5:30 PM on a Friday.

Went in to get a massage and was meet with a beautiful lady ( she was Colombian don't remember her name at the moment) paid for a hour massage I gave her over the amount and she asked if she can give me the change after the message I said sure (this important for after) I get ready and we do the massage........ What did I pay for I think I paid for the wrong thing because I felt like I was paying to get elbow by Buawkaw Banchamek, needless to say I'm in a lot pain from my traps to my shoulder blades, also when she was walking on me she forcing all her body weight more closer to my head pushing my nose to head rest, when it was all done and I went back up to the front she offered me water she also asked if the massage was good and if I was relaxed (again I felt like I went a few rounds with the Muay Thai king) not trying to be rude I don't say anything and just motion my hand so-so,(this the part that I said to remember for later) after I grabbed the water I asked for my change (remember I over paid the price) she looks at me with a shocking mouth wide open look on her face like I can't believe I asked that she gave me my change and I left without tipping. My advice is to avoid this place you'll be better off going to the taekwondo next door and letting them beat you up then to get a massage from this place also why would anyone tip for a horrible service take a tip from me.

This may have been the worst massage I’ve ever had. I went for a nice, relaxing foot massage and got forced into a higher priced full body that didn’t even touch my feet. In addition the therapist didn’t know what she was doing and caused a lot of pain and I was in worse shape than when I started. She immediately walked in and started walking on my spine - which I never asked for. There is one pressure level - rough as hell. Good luck.

I went to get a foot massage at 5:30pm on Friday night. The man who massaged my feet was excellent. He used actually the right amount of pressure. I thought the price was very reasonable- $40 for one hour, plus I tipped him. I will definitely go back.

I've had Jessica 3 times and she gets all the tension out every time where I need it most, she is very professional and I highly recommend her.
